I can’t tell you about the better quality of hand made, but I can tell you about the happiness that something you made brings you. I am a very smart guy so therefore I knew most of my life what I can do. And since I already knew without a doubt that I can do it I was not even trying, since I had nothing to prove to anybody. This is way be why less smart people get farther, they want to prove themselves.

This time I was different. I knew it can be done since people did it long before there where excavators. I knew I had the determination and the time to do it. But I wanted to see it done by me. I wanted to prove, and to prove to myself that it can be done, and that I can do it. So I started digging. I dug for 10 days. Some days just an hour. other 6-7 hours. In total I dug for40 hours. But at the end, I was happy like a child and amazed that I can say: „I did this, by hand, it is hand made!”
