So they are actually three categories of citizens:

1. Citizens of countries that need a visa that is hard to get.
They need an invitation from me. To create this invitation I need a special bank account with a lot of money, a visit to the mayor office, a visit to the Ministery of Internal Affairs and a visit to the Ministery of External Affairs, and all this takes at least 60 days in total, visiting 3 different cities in different regions of Romania at hundreds of kilometers and days of traveling, and requires a lot of time. For the citizens of this countries I will have to apologize since I will not be able to accept them because of all this long and complicated procedure.

2. Citizens of countries that need a visa.
It is easy to get with a visit to the Romanian embassy, and need no invitation.

3. Citizens that require no visa.
You just need a biometric pasport. If you don’t have a biometric pasport you need a visa.

4. Citizens that require no visa.
No special requirements.
