Is true it is winter and outside during the day I rearly get over 0 Celsius and everthing is frozen solid. But you can stay inside, make visits, read and learn until some point when enought is enought.
So i decided to mark the land. So with some rope, the sorounding trees and some sticks I marked the area where the house whill be, the area for the raisedbed garden, an the trail from the roud, where the cars will be parked, to the house and garden.

I cleared the trail from the road to the river so i can see where i will put the bridge. Hopefuly by the end of the week i will have a bridge as two logs over the river. Later i will add the walkway and a rail, but first where know is just a branch let put the logs.
